Pastors David and Neelu

Two people from Hindu families planted a church for every nation.

David and Neelu grew up in South India. Twenty years of ministry later, they lead a church in Woodbury built for people who are not from here, and for people who are.

Nations

David and Neelu have ministered among these communities across the United States.

How it started.

Both David and Neelu grew up in Hindu families in South India. After encountering Jesus Christ, they were called into full-time ministry, serving in churches together for roughly twenty years.

Eighteen years ago, David was called to missionary work in the United States. Out of those years among immigrant congregations came a specific calling: plant a church in Minnesota that reaches every people group with the love and hope of Jesus.

Pastor David is a graduate of Victory Bible College and Victory Missions in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The church meets on Sunday afternoons at 7305 Afton Road in Woodbury.

What we believe

Our statement of faith, with the Scriptures that ground it. Read it before you visit if you want to know exactly what you are walking into.

The Scriptures

The Bible is the inspired Word of God, a revelation from God to humanity and our infallible guide in matters of conduct and doctrine.

2 Timothy 3:15–17; 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21

The Godhead

There is one true God, eternally revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, distinct in person, united in nature, perfection, and purpose.

Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:22

Man, the Fall & Redemption

Humanity was created good and upright in God’s image, but willingly fell through sin. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came to redeem and restore us through His sacrificial death.

Genesis 1:26–27; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12–19; Galatians 3:13

Eternal Life & New Birth

The new birth is necessary for every person. Through repentance toward God and faith in Jesus Christ, we receive eternal life and become children of God.

John 3:3–5; Romans 10:9–10; 2 Corinthians 5:17; 1 John 5:12

Water Baptism

All who repent and believe in Jesus should be baptized by immersion, declaring that they have died with Christ and have been raised to new life.

Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3–5; Colossians 2:12

Baptism in the Holy Spirit

The baptism in the Holy Spirit is a promised gift for believers, empowering holy living, witness, and ministry. We believe the initial evidence includes speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.

Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:1–4; Acts 19:1–6

Sanctification

Sanctification is separation from evil and dedication to God. It begins at the new birth and continues as the Holy Spirit forms Christ’s character in us.

Romans 12:1–2; 1 Thessalonians 5:23; Hebrews 12:14; 1 Peter 1:15–16

Divine Healing

Divine healing is provided through Christ’s redemptive work and is available to believers through faith, prayer, anointing with oil, and the laying on of hands.

Isaiah 53:4–5; Matthew 8:16–17; Mark 16:17–18; James 5:14–16

Resurrection & Christ’s Return

We await the personal return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of those who have died in Him, and the gathering of believers to be with the Lord forever.

Acts 1:11; 1 Corinthians 15:51–52; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 22:20

Final Judgment & Eternity

There will be a final judgment. Those whose names are written in the Book of Life will enter everlasting life with God; those who reject His salvation face eternal separation and punishment.

Matthew 25:46; Revelation 20:11–15; Revelation 21:1–4

Church Leadership

Jesus Christ is the head of the Church. God gives pastors and other ministry leaders to equip believers, guard sound doctrine, care for people, and build up the body in love.

Ephesians 4:11–16; 1 Timothy 3:1–13; Hebrews 13:7,17; 1 Peter 5:1–4
